this is my 3rd day of actual work.

pretty tiring i guess? cox i need to go to work earlier and come back much later. and u have to grap alot knowledge abt the company. cox u nver know what kinda qns the custs going to ask u.

anyway. met a very very nasty cust today. stay in terrece house yet scream to us abt her elect bills. wah laox.. terrce lehx.. still so stingy. wanted us to go down and check how much does each of her appliances consumption cost..

bloody irritating. rich and stingy. what for live in terrce if u cant bear to part with ur money? still have to cheek to say there might be elect leakages. stupid la.. her consumption is so constant for the past one yr. so.. why does she only call us up after one yr? if there is really leakages, shldnt u have noticed it long long time ago? brainless.

but then.. its quite scary when they qn u abt stuffs u are not sure or stuffs that are not within ur working scope. some mouths are just simply thorns. they think that we are not humans, shld behumilated and scolded by them as and when they wish. haha. how nice if they will think in our shoes.

i think my command of english is seriously "deteriorating" after speaking so much singlish to cust. there is this person, dont even kNow what is " how do i address u sir" he tot we want his address la... pengz can...
