its the 3rd day of working..
alright. training..

changed trainer. a female one came in. quite fierce looking. she's systematic and serious. atmosphere changed the moment she entered. scary huh.

did something new today. we listened to how agents talked to customers.. well.. some customers are pretty funny. some just want to complain, some just dont know what they are talking abt. some.. pretend to be educated, but not.. and.. some are pretty pity as they talked abt their plights. well.. but all we can do is to help them as much as possible..

soon.. it will be my turn to be on the line.. and the mentors will be beside us listening to us...

-_-" hopfully i wont make so many mistakes..

anyway.. those mentors are really good. they can multi task very very well. they can eat, drink, talk to us, talk to cutomer, put in data. when can i ever learn that?

oh ya. i've learned how to read bills. =) i even know how to calculate.. wahha.. having problems with bills? hee.. come come.. come and find me.. any enquries? ask me also..

training tmr again.. and i need to work every sat... =(((

worse thing is.. cpf is deducted from my hrly pay.. nothing can be so bad any more.. money is soOOOoooo little..
